The heart of my kit is this 6.5×14 Neo Vintage NV60-M1 snare in mahogany satin. It delivers everything I love about classic Gretsch snares, but with its lighter solid brass hardware and unique design it has a very musical transparency coupled with tone for days. I’m using the plated vintage snare wires and snare belt on this one. I am knocked out by this drum!
