The Canopus Black Nickel Brass II is an absolute workhorse that I enjoy using in any scenario. Whether it be laying down intricate grooves in a studio or powering through live performances, its crisp and articulate tone makes it a standout. Versatile enough to handle anything from rock to jazz, it`s always a blast playing this snare. Having that built-in dampener is also a feature I appreciate and use very often. A true powerhouse!
