Tris Imboden is a longtime Canopus accessories endorser and multi-talented musical artist. Besides being the longest running drummer for the legendary group Chicago (1990-2018), Imboden is also an inductee to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame (being inducted with Chicago in 2016). During his performing/recording career (which is still very active), Tris has performed with many national/international acts including Neil Diamond, Firefall, Richard Marx, Steve Vai, Roger Daltrey, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Al Jarreau, Chaka Khan, Firefall, Cock Robin, Michael McDonald, Los Lobotomys, and Anita Baker, just to name a few. In addition to his extensive work with Chicago, Imboden also had a long running and highly successful tenure with the iconic pop star Kenny Loggins and he performed on some of Loggins’ biggest hits including Footloose (from the movie soundtrack), I’m Alright (from the Caddyshack soundtrack), and This Is It. in addition to many others. Currenly, Tris is performing with various artists and maintaining a robust and balanced career as a performer throughout the world.
Imboden is also known for his clinician and tutorial skills and he has mastered many drumming techniques and styles ranging from rock to jazz. Imboden, a long term California native, is also an avid harmonica player and surfer.
