Dennis Frehse was born in Hannover, Germany in 1979. He started to play drums by the age of 15. In 2001 Dennis moved to Boston, USA to study at Berklee College of Music. He studied with Joe Lovano, Hal Crook, Dave Samuels and Joe Hunt besides others, he graduated in May 2004. In May 2005 Dennis moved back to Germany, where he is busy as a freelancing musician with various artists. He has performed at a number of venues throughout Europe.
