Notice : Concerning Delay in Delivery of Drum Products
Canopus is relocating this spring due to the ownership of the current premises changing.
The production line will be temporarily suspended due to the interior construction of the new location and the moving of heavy machinery from the current factory.
There will be a delay in production for orders placed between January 2024 and April 2024.
Orders placed during the affected period can expect a delay of 1 – 3 months in addition to the normal delivery time.
Please note that there is a possibility that the delivery date will be unstable for a while after April 2024.
We will make every effort to normalize production as soon as possible.
A separate announcement will be made regarding the date and location of the new place.

Payment
You can make a payment by credit card through PayPal even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
Taxes and Duties : Please note that the prices do not include any import taxes and duties when shipped to the US. The percentages of taxes vary based on countries regulations. You will be asked to pay those fees that will apply when you receive an item when the item is shipped from Japan.
Delivery
If the item you purchased is in stock with a US dealer, it will be shipped within the US. If no one carries the item you purchased, it will be shipped from Japan.
Shipping Fees
It will be calculated automatically based on where you are located.
Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges are acceptable unless the item you purchased is different from how it is described on the e-commerce page.
