| Our new aluminum snare drum shell has 5mm thickness by careful cutting, which is rather thick. By giving our original edge shaping, you can enjoy deep tasteful sound rather than solid tasteless sound that could be very possible for this type of shell structure. You also can enjoy comfortable response with natural stick rebound upon your hard shot. We successfully pull out outstanding volume of "shotgun sound" and aluminum? Ős intrinsic taste at the same time. Our new aluminum snare drum is fusion of contrasting sound character "delicacy" and "dynamism" at higher level. |

The drums response was instant, crisp, and clean. It also prossessd an exceptional dynamic range, from extremely loud to incredibly quiet. Its tone was open yet controlled, metallic but warm, and pleasantly dry. The drum's capacity for a cracking backbeat would make it ideal for playing chatter. Yet with its outstanding sensitivity it would also do well in orchestral settings. (It would be ideal for executing Ravel's "Bolero".)

We used 1mm thin brass shells combined with our brass-tube lugs to minimize the contact with shell for our original brass snare drum. It has tight and warm sound. You can expect both the beautiful high resonance and fat and thick low sound.
Our standard original vintage snappy (14NP) is perfect for delicate expression of brass shell. |
